A week later

Alright, so I have been majorly busy with work that I havent had time to post on the blog updates bout whats goin on. Last Monday was my actual birthday, so Stephen organised an intimate dinner at the Kowloon Cricket Club's posh restaurant. It was absolutely lush, from Lobster Bisque to butterflied fillet steak in a creamy pepercorn sauce to my ever so mouth watering birthday itsy bity warm chocolate pudding cake. I'm indeed lucky to have a wonderfuul man! What a birthday treat. Anyhow, Phil & Camy - the closest people to me came along to the dinner as well and it couldnt have been more perfect than that or special! From dinner we ventured on to Balalaika, the Russian Restaurant with the frozen ice bar - you arrive and they put great big warm coats and hats on you just to enter the 'special room' :)
A couple of Apple Vodka shots later and we head out to the Havana Club one floor above the Russian Restaurant. Now this Havana Club was indeed special as when we arrived all the Phillipino women seemed to be excited at the arrival of some foregin faces that all (what seemed like 20 women) started to dance a cross between a Ricky Martin 'Livin La Vida Loca' to the well known Shakira whether its the song about her hips or breasts. This was absolutely a sight. Excited enough that a line dance formed and they each tried to see which one was moving faster - only problem was it all looked like a large jello blob sitting on top of a loud speaker. I know its harsh but I guess you had to be there to appreciate the sight.
All in all the night ended wonderfully, it was a beautiful birthday and couldnt ask for anything more special. I had the love of my life with me and my closest friends.
Thats all for now*
